QL0911

QL0911 is a biosimilar to romiplostim (Nplate), developed as a recombinant human thrombopoietin mimetic peptide-Fc fusion protein. It acts as an agonist of the thrombopoietin receptor, stimulating platelet production. The drug is administered by subcutaneous injection and has been evaluated in phase III clinical trials for the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) in adults who have failed or relapsed after first-line therapy, including splenectomy. Clinical studies demonstrate that QL0911 significantly increases and maintains platelet counts compared to placebo, with a safety profile comparable to the reference product.
