Overview

QL1604 + paclitaxel + cisplatin is an investigational combination therapy composed of QL1604, an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody, used together with paclitaxel (a microtubule-stabilizing antineoplastic agent) and cisplatin (a DNA crosslinking platinum chemotherapy drug). QL1604 is designed to block the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, enhancing antitumor immune responses. Paclitaxel and cisplatin act as cytotoxic chemotherapeutic agents, respectively inhibiting cell division and inducing DNA damage, leading to tumor cell death. This combination is being evaluated primarily for cancer indications, notably non-small cell lung cancer and other solid tumors, as part of first-line or advanced disease regimens.
