Overview

QL1706 is an investigational bifunctional monoclonal antibody that combines the activities of both PD-1 and CTLA-4 antibodies. It is designed to enhance immune responses against cancer cells by blocking these immune checkpoints. QL1706 has shown promising antitumor activity in various solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), and cervical cancer (CC).
