Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QL1706 + carboplatin + paclitaxel + pemetrexed is a combination therapy consisting of a novel bifunctional antibody (QL1706) with chemotherapy agents. QL1706 (also known as PSB205) is a bifunctional antibody that contains a mixture of anti-PD-1 IgG4 and anti-CTLA-4 IgG1 antibodies produced by a single cell line using MabPair technology. This combination targets both PD-1 and CTLA-4 immune checkpoints simultaneously, producing synergistic anti-tumor effects. The chemotherapy components (carboplatin, paclitaxel, and pemetrexed) are standard cytotoxic agents used in cancer treatment. This combination is being investigated for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
