Overview

A three-drug combination regimen including **QL1706**, a bifunctional MabPair product containing two engineered monoclonal antibodies (anti-PD-1 IgG4 and anti-CTLA-4 IgG1), **platinum-based chemotherapy**, and **bevacizumab** (a VEGF inhibitor). QL1706 provides dual immune checkpoint inhibition with a relatively short half-life for the CTLA-4 component, designed to enhance antitumor immunity while reducing immune-related toxicity. Bevacizumab adds antiangiogenic activity, and chemotherapy contributes a cytotoxic effect. The combination aims to synergistically target tumor growth and the tumor microenvironment, and is being investigated primarily in advanced lung cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC), including in those who have failed prior targeted therapies[1][3][8][9].
