QL301

QL301 is a bispecific antibody developed by QLSF Biotherapeutics that simultaneously targets programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) and CD137 (4-1BB). It is designed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and hematological malignancies, including lymphoma. The therapeutic mechanism involves a dual approach: blocking the PD-L1 checkpoint to relieve immune suppression within the tumor microenvironment, while concurrently engaging and agonizing the 4-1BB receptor to provide co-stimulatory signals to T cells. This combined action is intended to reactivate exhausted T cells and enhance the overall anti-tumor immune response. QL301 is currently in Phase 2 clinical development.
