Overview

QL315 is a preclinical-stage bispecific T-cell engager (bispecific antibody) designed to target leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 15 (LRRC15) and CD3. Developed by QLSF Biotherapeutics in collaboration with Qilu Pharmaceutical, QL315 is built on a silenced human IgG1 backbone to eliminate Fc gamma receptor-dependent functions. It is designed to recruit and redirect T cells to eliminate LRRC15-expressing tumor cells and tumor-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in the tumor microenvironment. In preclinical studies, QL315 demonstrated robust, conditional T-cell activation and tumor cell lysis in vitro, as well as significant tumor regression in mouse xenograft models. However, the candidate has been removed from the active development pipeline.
