Overview

QL325 is a bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) antibody developed by QLSF Biotherapeutics for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The drug is designed to simultaneously target CLEC12A (C-type lectin domain family 12 member A, also known as CLL-1) on leukemic cells and CD3 on T cells. By bridging these two cell types, QL325 redirects T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity to specifically eliminate AML blasts and leukemic stem cells while sparing normal hematopoietic stem cells that lack CLEC12A expression. QLSF Biotherapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company based in South San Francisco, California, has published preclinical research on QL325 in the journal Frontiers in Drug Discovery. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with hematological malignancies.
