Overview

QL415 is an investigational bispecific antibody-cytokine fusion protein developed by QLSF Biotherapeutics for the treatment of advanced, recurrent, and metastatic solid and hematological tumors. The molecule consists of a proprietary PD-L1-targeting antibody covalently linked at its C-terminus to an IL-15/IL-15 receptor alpha sushi domain complex. This design is intended to enhance tumor accumulation and prolong blood circulation while widening the therapeutic window. QL415 works by simultaneously blocking the PD-L1 checkpoint signal and delivering IL-15 to stimulate natural killer (NK) cells and CD8+ T cells, with a reduced effect on regulatory T cells compared to IL-2. To prevent the depletion of effector immune cells, Fc-mediated effector functions have been ablated through specific mutations in the CH2 domain. The drug is administered via subcutaneous injection and is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
