Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QL535 is a bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by QLSF Biotherapeutics for the treatment of prostate cancer. It is engineered using the company's proprietary TECOS (T-cell Engager with Optimized Safety) platform, which is designed to minimize the risk of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) while maintaining potent anti-tumor activity. As a bispecific antibody, QL535 simultaneously targets a tumor-associated antigen on prostate cancer cells and the CD3 complex on T cells, thereby redirecting T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity toward the tumor. The drug is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
