QLC1101

QLC1101 is an innovative, orally administered small molecule inhibitor that selectively and reversibly targets the KRAS G12D mutation. Developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical, it works by specifically binding to the KRAS G12D protein, preventing GTP/GDP nucleotide exchange and/or formation of the KRAS G12D/GTP/RAF1 complex. This action inhibits mutant KRAS-dependent signal transduction pathways, thereby suppressing tumor growth in cancers harboring this mutation.
