Overview

QLC1101 is an innovative, orally administered small molecule inhibitor that selectively and reversibly targets the KRAS G12D mutation. Developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical, it works by specifically binding to the KRAS G12D protein, preventing GTP/GDP nucleotide exchange and/or formation of the KRAS G12D/GTP/RAF1 complex. This action inhibits mutant KRAS-dependent signal transduction pathways, thereby suppressing tumor growth in cancers harboring this mutation. The drug is currently being evaluated in early-phase clinical trials for advanced solid tumors with a focus on indications such as non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other solid tumors with confirmed KRAS G12D mutations[1][2][3][6].
