Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QLC5513 + iparomlimab + tuvonralimab + platinum is an investigational combination therapy regimen developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The regimen consists of QLC5513, an investigational compound, combined with QL1706 (a bifunctional antibody mixture of the anti-PD-1 antibody iparomlimab and the anti-CTLA-4 antibody tuvonralimab) and platinum-based chemotherapy (cisplatin or carboplatin). This combination therapy is designed to provide a multi-pronged attack on cancer cells by combining dual immune checkpoint blockade with the cytotoxic effects of platinum agents. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase Ib/II clinical trial (NCT07272590) to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose and evaluate the objective response rate in patients with advanced malignancies.
