Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QLC5513 + QL1706 is a combination therapy being investigated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). QLC5513 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (Trop2), utilizing a proprietary stable linker and an SN38 (a topoisomerase I inhibitor) cytotoxic payload. QL1706 (epalolimab tovolimab) is a first-in-class bifunctional Mab-like protein (Mab-Pair) that simultaneously targets Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1) and Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Associated Protein 4 (CTLA-4). This combination aims to leverage the targeted cytotoxicity of the ADC with the dual immune checkpoint inhibition of QL1706 to enhance anti-tumor activity in patients who have received prior systemic therapy.
