Overview

QLF32101 is a bispecific antibody developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). It targets C-type lectin domain family 12 member A (CLEC12A/CLL1) on leukemic cells and T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 epsilon chain (CD3) on T cells, functioning as a T cell engager to direct cytotoxic T lymphocytes against malignant cells. The drug is being evaluated in relapsed/refractory AML patients, with administration routes including intravenous and subcutaneous injection. As of 2024, it is in phase 1 clinical trials.
