Overview

QLF4113 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical for the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer, including metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). It is designed as a T-cell engager that simultaneously targets Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) on tumor cells and the CD3 receptor on T-lymphocytes. This dual binding mechanism facilitates the recruitment and activation of cytotoxic T-cells to the tumor site, leading to the targeted destruction of PSMA-expressing malignant cells. QLF4113 is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity.
