Overview

QLH11811 is an investigational, orally administered small molecule inhibitor developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical that selectively targets mutant forms of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), including ex19del, L858R, T790M, and C797S mutations. It inhibits the kinase activity of these mutant EGFR proteins, blocking downstream signaling pathways. It is being developed for patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have progressed after prior treatment with EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs). QLH11811 is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy.
