QLS-31905 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody under development by Qilu Pharmaceutical for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, gallbladder cancer, gastroesophageal junction cancer, biliary tract cancer, and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma[1][3][4]. The drug targets Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells to redirect T cell cytotoxicity toward CLDN18.2-expressing tumor cells[1][7].
