Overview

QLS1209 is an investigational small molecule drug developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors (neoplasms). The mechanism of action is believed to be inhibition of PKMYT1, a kinase involved in cell cycle regulation. PKMYT1 inhibition represents a synthetic lethality approach, particularly relevant for tumors with CCNE1 amplification or FBXW7/PPP2R1A mutations[1][2][3][4][5].
