Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QLS1304 is a novel, oral, and highly selective small molecule inhibitor targeting lysine acetyltransferase 6A (KAT6A) and lysine acetyltransferase 6B (KAT6B). Developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical, it is designed to suppress tumor growth by inhibiting histone H3 acetylation, estrogen receptor (ER) target gene expression, cell cycle progression, MYC signaling, and other key oncogenic pathways. The drug is currently in Phase I clinical trials for advanced malignant solid tumors and ER-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer. It has received FDA Fast Track designation for the treatment of ER+/HER2− breast cancer[1][5][7].
