QLS2404

QLS2404 is a recombinant humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical for the treatment of rheumatic autoimmune diseases. It is designed to simultaneously target B-cell activating factor (BAFF) and Inducible T-cell costimulator ligand (ICOSL). By dual-targeting these pathways, QLS2404 aims to inhibit B-cell survival and T-cell-dependent B-cell activation more effectively than monotherapy, potentially offering improved efficacy in conditions such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS). The drug is currently undergoing Phase I clinical evaluation to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in healthy volunteers and patients with autoimmune disorders.
