Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QLS31904 is an investigational anti-DLL3/CD3 bispecific antibody designed for T cell immunotherapy. It targets both delta-like protein 3 (DLL3), a tumor-associated antigen highly expressed in certain cancers such as small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other neuroendocrine carcinomas, and the CD3 antigen on T lymphocytes. By binding to DLL3 on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, it redirects the immune system to attack DLL3-expressing cancer cells, potentially leading to their destruction. The drug is being developed primarily for patients with advanced solid tumors, including SCLC, who have progressed after or are intolerant to standard therapies[1][2][6][7].
