QLS32015 is a humanized immunoglobulin gamma-1 (IgG1) bispecific antibody developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. It simultaneously targets G protein-coupled receptor family C group 5-member D (GPRC5D) on tumor cells and cluster of differentiation 3 (CD3) on T cells. By bridging CD3-expressing T cells with GPRC5D-expressing tumor cells, QLS32015 facilitates T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity against cancer cells through immune synapse formation, bypassing conventional MHC-TCR pathways. The drug is administered subcutaneously and is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials in China, where it has demonstrated promising anti-tumor activity and a favorable safety profile in patients who have failed prior therapies[1][2][3][4][5][7].
