Overview

QLS32015 + pomalidomide is a combination of two drugs, **QLS32015**, an investigational bispecific T-cell engager targeting CD3 and GPRC5D (G-protein coupled receptor family C group 5member D), and **pomalidomide**, an FDA-approved immunomodulatory agent derived from thalidomide[7][4]. QLS32015 is designed to stimulate T-cells (through CD3) and inhibit GPRC5D, a target relevant in multiple myeloma, while pomalidomide enhances immune anti-tumor activity via cereblon modulation, increases T and NK cell function, and inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokines and tumor growth[4][7]. The combination is intended for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma and is currently being tested in Phase II clinical trials[1][5]. QLS32015 was developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical; pomalidomide is marketed as Pomalyst and Imnovid and manufactured by several companies globally[1][7][4].
