Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy composed of QLS32015, pomalidomide, QL2109, and daratumumab, studied for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. QLS32015 is a novel agent administered subcutaneously; pomalidomide is an immunomodulatory drug; QL2109 is a biosimilar of daratumumab, which targets the CD38 antigen on plasma cells; daratumumab is a monoclonal antibody that targets CD38. QL2109 and daratumumab are functionally similar, as both bind to CD38 to induce cell death in myeloma cells[1][3][6].
