Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QM103 is an investigational cell therapy being developed by Beijing Qimai Yonghua Biotechnology for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. It specifically targets B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), a protein highly expressed on the surface of malignant plasma cells. The therapy is administered as an intravenous injection on a multi-dose schedule (days 1, 8, and 15 of a 28-day cycle). It is currently undergoing Phase I/II clinical evaluation in China to determine its safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-myeloma activity in patients who have failed standard therapies.
