Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QP-5113 is an ultra-long-acting topical formulation targeting the Transient Receptor Potential Vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) receptor for the treatment of peripheral neuropathic pain. Developed by Nanjing Delova Biotech (also known as Nanjing Qingpu Biological Technology), it is designed to provide sustained pain relief for up to three months from a single application. The drug is currently in the IND-enabling stage and represents a novel approach to managing chronic neuropathic pain by modulating TRPV1-mediated nociception in the peripheral nervous system. It is described as China's first 3-month ultra-long-acting topical formulation for neuropathic pain.
