QPX2014

QPX2014 is an investigational small molecule antibiotic developed by Qpex Biopharma for the treatment of bacterial infections, particularly those caused by multidrug-resistant organisms. It is being studied primarily as part of a fixed combination with the ultra-broad spectrum beta-lactamase inhibitor QPX7728. The primary indication under investigation is infectious diseases, targeting pathogens such as carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae and Acinetobacter baumannii, which are considered urgent threats due to their resistance profiles.
