**QR-333** was an investigational topical fixed-dose cream developed by Quigley Pharma for symptomatic diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The formulation combined quercetin, ascorbyl palmitate, and vitamin D3. Quercetin was intended to inhibit aldose reductase and, together with the antioxidant components, reduce oxidative stress and inflammation implicated in diabetic peripheral nerve injury. QR-333 was evaluated in completed Phase II studies but was not approved or marketed.
