Overview

QR12000 is an oral fixed-dose angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor combination developed by Wuhan Createrna for primary hypertension. It combines QR01019 potassium salt, identified as azilsartan medoxomil potassium, with QR12001 ammonium salt, identified as sacubitril ammonium. Azilsartan blocks angiotensin II type 1 receptors, while sacubitril is converted to an active neprilysin inhibitor; together, these mechanisms are intended to lower blood pressure through renin-angiotensin-system blockade and augmentation of natriuretic-peptide signaling. QR12000 has completed Phase 2 testing and is listed by its developer as a Phase 3 primary-hypertension program. ([createrna.com](https://createrna.com/news-activity/news-center/news/55))
