Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QR678 Neo is a patented, first-in-class biologic formulation developed by The Esthetic Clinics for the treatment of various forms of hair loss and alopecia. It consists of a proprietary combination of six biomimetic polypeptides and growth factors that mimic those naturally present in the human scalp. The treatment works by stimulating hair follicles, specifically by shortening the telogen (shedding) phase and prolonging the anagen (growth) phase of the hair cycle. Administered via intradermal injections, QR678 Neo has received Indian FDA approval and holds patents in both the United States and India. It is used to treat androgenetic alopecia, female pattern hair loss, telogen effluvium, and chemotherapy-induced alopecia. The 'Neo' version represents an advanced formulation offering improved stability and a longer shelf life compared to the original QR678.
