Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**QTP101** is an investigational intramuscular tuberculosis vaccine developed by Quratis from the ID93+GLA-SE platform. It is a recombinant protein-subunit vaccine containing the four *Mycobacterium tuberculosis* antigens Rv1813, Rv2608, Rv3619, and Rv3620 fused as ID93, formulated with the glucopyranosyl lipid A stable-emulsion adjuvant GLA-SE. GLA is a Toll-like receptor 4 agonist intended to enhance antigen-specific cellular and humoral immunity, including T-helper 1-biased responses. QTP101 is being developed as a Bacillus Calmette-Guérin booster vaccine to prevent tuberculosis disease, including in adolescents, adults, and older adults. Quratis-sponsored studies have evaluated the candidate in BCG-vaccinated populations, while the broader ID93+GLA-SE program has reached Phase 2 clinical development.
