QTX3034 + cetuximab

QTX3034 + cetuximab is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors with KRAS G12D mutations. QTX3034 is a potent, highly selective, orally bioavailable, non-covalent, allosteric multi-KRAS inhibitor with G12D-preferring activity.
