QTX3544 + cetuximab is a **combination therapy** currently being evaluated in clinical trials for KRAS G12V-mutated solid tumors. QTX3544 is an oral, allosteric, G12V-preferring, multi-KRAS inhibitor developed to target the oncogenic KRAS G12V mutation, which drives tumorigenesis via sustained activation of the MAPK signaling pathway.
