Overview

**Quaratusugene ozeplasmid** is Genprex's investigational, systemic non-viral **TUSC2 gene-replacement therapy** for lung cancer. It comprises a plasmid encoding the tumor-suppressor gene **TUSC2** encapsulated in positively charged lipid-based nanoparticles in a lipoplex formulation using the ONCOPREX Delivery System. Following intravenous administration, the product is intended to preferentially enter negatively charged tumor cells and restore TUSC2 expression, thereby inhibiting proliferative signaling, promoting apoptosis, and modulating antitumor immune activity. The program is in Phase 1/2 development in combination with osimertinib for EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer and with atezolizumab as maintenance therapy for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.
