Overview

Quyu Jiedu Decoction is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation. It is being investigated as a postoperative maintenance therapy for metastatic colorectal cancer, where it has demonstrated benefits in improving disease-free survival and overall survival, and reducing systemic inflammation. Additionally, a closely related formulation, Jiedu Quyu Decoction, has shown efficacy in mitigating right-sided heart failure associated with pulmonary arterial hypertension by inhibiting the NLRP3 inflammasome and reducing cardiac inflammation.
