Quyu Yangmai Fang (祛瘀养脉方) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula designed to address carotid atherosclerosis accompanied by plaque formation, particularly in patients presenting with kidney deficiency, blood stasis, and phlegm-damp obstruction. The formula aims to tonify kidney essence, resolve blood stasis, unblock collaterals, soften blood vessels, and eliminate atherosclerotic plaques. It is composed of a specific blend of traditional Chinese herbs, including Epimedium (淫羊藿), Eupolyphaga (土鳖虫), Ganoderma lucidum (灵芝), Salvia miltiorrhiza (丹参), Curcuma longa (姜黄), Crataegus pinnatifida (山楂), Taraxacum (蒲公英), and Morus alba (桑叶). The drug is administered orally as a decoction.
