Overview

QX007N is a monoclonal antibody developed by Qyuns Therapeutics that targets interleukin-33 (IL-33). IL-33 is an alarmin cytokine released from damaged epithelial cells that plays a key role in driving both type 2 and non-type 2 inflammation in the airways. By neutralizing IL-33, QX007N aims to reduce airway inflammation and prevent exacerbations in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). As of late 2025, the drug is in the preclinical stage of development.
