Overview
QX008N is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). Developed by Qyuns Therapeutics, it is designed for the treatment of asthma and moderate-to-severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The drug acts as a TSLP inhibitor, blocking TSLP-induced signaling pathways and inflammation. Preclinical studies have shown that QX008N has high affinity for TSLP and superior efficacy compared to tezepelumab analogs in vitro. In animal models, it improved lung function and reduced eosinophil and IgE levels. Clinical development includes Phase 1 trials in both asthma and COPD[2][3][4][6].
