QX008N is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). Developed by Qyuns Therapeutics, it is designed for the treatment of asthma and moderate-to-severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The drug acts as a TSLP inhibitor, blocking TSLP-induced signaling pathways and inflammation. Preclinical studies have shown that QX008N has high affinity for TSLP and superior efficacy compared to tezepelumab analogs in vitro.
