Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QX035N is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody (BsAb) being developed by Qyuns Therapeutics for the treatment of a broad range of autoimmune and allergic conditions, including respiratory, dermatological, rheumatic, and digestive diseases. As part of Qyuns' portfolio of long-acting antibodies, QX035N is engineered to enhance therapeutic efficacy and extend dosing intervals, thereby improving patient convenience. The antibody is developed using a proprietary rabbit monoclonal antibody development platform known for producing high-affinity and high-specificity candidates. While its specific molecular targets remain undisclosed, Qyuns Therapeutics anticipates submitting Investigational New Drug (IND) applications in both China and the United States in the fourth quarter of 2026.
