Overview

QY-1-T is a TCR-T cell therapy targeting HBV for the treatment of HBV-associated advanced liver cancer. This cellular immunotherapy is being developed by Zhongke Qiyuan (Shenzhen) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The therapy is designed to target HBV in patients with liver cancer, particularly those with Barcelona stage (BCLC) C-D who have limited treatment options and typically survive only 3-6 months after diagnosis. TCR-T therapy represents a new approach in cancer immunotherapy, where T cells are engineered with T-cell receptors that can recognize specific antigens.
