Drug intelligence / Profile preview
r-BHD is a novel biotin-DOTA conjugate developed for pretargeted antibody-guided radioimmunotherapy (PAGRIT) applications. This approach involves the sequential administration of an antibody, followed by a biotin-binding agent, and then the biotinylated radiolabeled conjugate. The DOTA component acts as a chelator for radioisotopes, enabling targeted delivery of radiation to disease sites. Preclinical and clinical results have been described for this conjugate.
