**R-BL-M-04** is an intensive rituximab-containing multi-agent chemotherapy regimen derived from the Russian **BL-M-04** protocol. It combines the anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody rituximab with alternating intensive chemotherapy blocks and has been evaluated for newly diagnosed high-grade B-cell lymphoma, including double-hit high-grade B-cell lymphoma and high-grade B-cell lymphoma not otherwise specified. The regimen is also related to the BL-M-04 protocol previously reported for Burkitt lymphoma.
