Drug intelligence / Profile preview
R-MINE + X is a combination chemotherapy and targeted therapy regimen used in the treatment of relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The base regimen, R-MINE, consists of rituximab (a monoclonal anti-CD20 antibody), mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome (an anthracycline anti-tumor drug), ifosfamide (an alkylating agent), and etoposide (an topoisomerase II inhibitor). In the R-MINE + X protocol, patients receive one cycle of R-MINE followed by stratification based on gene subtype to receive an additional targeted agent ("X"), which varies depending on molecular characteristics. This approach aims to improve efficacy and safety in patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL by personalizing therapy according to tumor genetics[2].
