Drug intelligence / Profile preview
R01 Injection is a personalized neoantigen peptide vaccine developed by Hangzhou Neoantigen Biotech. It is designed as a postoperative adjuvant immunotherapy for patients with various high-risk solid tumors, including pancreatic, esophageal, hepatocellular, biliary tract, gastric, and colorectal cancers. The vaccine is customized for each individual patient based on their specific tumor mutational profile (neoantigens) identified through genomic sequencing and the company's proprietary iNeo bioinformatics platform. By presenting these patient-specific antigens to the immune system, R01 Injection aims to stimulate a targeted T-cell response to eliminate residual cancer cells and prevent recurrence after curative surgery. It is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials in China.
