R130 is a recombinant oncolytic herpes simplex virus type I (HSV-1) developed by Shanghai Yunying Medical Technology and Shanghai Yunying Bio-pharm Technology Co. LTD. It is engineered to carry genes coding for anti-CD3 scFv, CD86, PD1, and HSV2-US11. This oncolytic virus is being investigated for the treatment of various advanced and relapsed/refractory solid tumors, including head and neck tumors, bone and soft tissue tumors, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, and ovarian cancer. It is administered intratumorally.
