Overview

RadiaAce is a topical acemannan-based hydrogel wound dressing developed by AceTech for the management of radiation-induced dermatitis in oncology patients. The active ingredient, acemannan, is a complex polysaccharide isolated from the inner gel of the Aloe Vera leaf. RadiaAce functions by creating a clear, non-oily, and non-adherent protective barrier that cools the skin and maintains an optimal moist environment to support natural tissue regeneration and wound healing. It is used both pre-radiation to condition the skin and post-radiation to manage skin reactions, effectively reducing high-grade dermatitis and providing relief from pain, itching, and pruritus. The product is CE certified and available by prescription (Rx only).
