Overview
Radiant Biotherapeutics is developing a preclinical HIV therapeutic based on its proprietary Multabody™ platform technology. This platform creates multi-valent, multi-specific antibody-based biologics that leverage high avidity to simultaneously target multiple epitopes on the HIV virus. The therapeutic is designed to neutralize circulating viral particles and destroy latent viral stores, addressing the challenge of HIV's high mutation rate and viral escape. The program received a $2 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in late 2023 and is currently in the In Vivo Proof of Concept stage.
