**Radioiodinated T84.66 minibody** is an investigational anti-carcinoembryonic antigen imaging radiopharmaceutical based on an approximately 80 kDa chimeric recombinant antibody fragment. The construct contains a single-chain variable fragment fused to a human IgG1 CH3 domain and forms a bivalent dimer that binds carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5. It has been labeled with iodine-123 for gamma-camera and SPECT imaging in patients with colorectal cancer and iodine-124 for PET imaging in preclinical CEA-positive tumor xenograft models. Its intermediate molecular size supports rapid tumor localization and blood clearance, improving tumor-to-background contrast for detection of CEA-expressing lesions.
