RAG-20 is a small activating RNA (saRNA) therapeutic developed by Ractigen Therapeutics for the treatment of coagulation disorders. Utilizing the RNA activation (RNAa) mechanism, RAG-20 is designed to upregulate the endogenous expression of Factor VII (FVII) in the liver. The drug is delivered using Ractigen's proprietary GLORY™ liver-specific delivery technology. It is currently in preclinical development for indications including Factor VII deficiency, hemophilia with inhibitors (including acquired hemophilia), and Glanzmann's thrombasthenia.
