ralimetinib + temozolomide

Ralimetinib + temozolomide is an investigational combination therapy studied primarily for the treatment of newly diagnosed glioblastoma. Ralimetinib (LY2228820) is a selective small molecule inhibitor of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38-MAPK), a signaling pathway implicated in tumor cell proliferation and survival.
